In accordance Santa Clara country requirements, masks are required indoors for all participants unless you are eating, drinking or presenting on stage.

While the event is held in Santa Clara County, please also note that if you are staying in or transitioning through San Francisco County vaccines are required in many indoor settings, such as restaurants and bars. (This does not apply to the Airport or Ride Share Options as of September 16, 2021.) Proof of a negative test cannot be used in lieu of a vaccine. As a result, we strongly encourage you to bring proof of vaccination on your trip.

Seating will be spaced in accordance with safety guidelines, and there will be cleaning throughout the event and at the end of each day to ensure the safety of attendees. The Satellite Innovation App will also allow for communication and connection between attendees without having to exchange business cards.

5. FEELING SICK
If for any reason you feel ill in the days prior to or at the event, we require that you do not attend until you have a negative COVID test (see testing sites below). Please notify Satellite Innovation Staff immediately if you test positive via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (707-939-9306 x2222) and we will provide you with alternative attendance options.
